LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE

Purpose:        The Legislative Committee is to review bylaws, suggest bylaw changes and reviews proposals from members.

Requirements:            1.  Members must submit proposed amendments in writing to the Committee Chairperson at least 30 days before the meeting at which it is to be considered.

         2.  Proposed amendments are to be distributed to the delegates at least 10 days before the meeting.

         3.  At the annual meeting, the chairperson presents amendments and recommendations to the TSYABA Board.
